Day Delegate Packages

The package includes the hire of a main meeting room equipped with overhead projector, screen & flipcharts, conference pads, sweets, mineral water, and the following refreshments:

A dedicated Conference Network Co-ordinator will be assigned to assist you for the duration of your meeting or conference.

24 Hour Residential Delegate Package

In addition to the items included in our day delegate package, our resident delegates receive:

Partners of delegates are welcome to stay free, with partner's meals being charged as taken.

Private dining can be arranged for delegate groups of 10 or more (themed menus subject to availability).

Situated on the second floor the purpose built Conference Centre consists of:

  • 4 Dedicated training rooms, accommodating between 2-50 delegates
  • A large exhibition/conference room which can take up to 400 delegates
  • Dedicated breakout and refreshment area
  • The Business Centre also provides full secretarial service, including internet access, fax and photocopying

 

A dedicated Conference Host is also assigned to every meeting to ensure that your only concerns are those associated with the actual delivery of the event.
